Driving Directions: Situated half way between San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Notre Dame de Namur University is conveniently located near the San Francisco Airport and Highways 92, 101, and 280.

From San Francisco (about 25 miles) southbound on Freeway 280, take the 92-East San Mateo exit, then the Ralston Avenue exit.

From San Jose (about 25 miles) northbound on Freeway 280, take the 92-San Mateo East exit, then the Ralston Avenue exit.

From either San Francisco or San Jose on Bayshore Freeway 101, take the Belmont-Ralston Avenue exit and drive west to the campus entrance.

Convention Dates: 24-26 June 2011.

Convention Cost: $100.00 for room and board (two nights/five meals); no linen service (must bring sleeping bag or bed linen from home along with face cloth and towel).

Payments: All convention payment MUST BE MADE prior to the convention; this includes room and board at NDNU, 2011 required liability insurance and 2011-2012 state per capita.

Required Documents: Current Columbian Squires/Knights of Columbus membership card for Friday evening's Investiture, Saturday morning's convention activities, Saturday afternoon's voting. Chief counselors must have a completed, signed and witnessed State Circle Form 5 (Release from liability) for each Squire in his circle who has not reached the age of majority (go to http://kofc-ca.org/?t=t_formsr).

Clothing Suggestions: Summer casual with appropriate footwear (no flip-flops) for Friday evening and Saturday morning and afternoon convention activities. Bring a light jacket for the cool evenings. Dress shirt and tie required (jacket suggested) for Saturday afternoon Mass and evening banquet.

Registration: Registration will begin on Friday at 1:00 p.m.

Room Assignments: St. Joe's Hall - traditional dorm style rooms with vanity/sink, shared bathrooms on each floor, each room accommodates two people.PLEASE NOTE: Once room assignments have been made, no changing of rooms will be permitted under any circumstance. For your convenience, room assignments will be sent to all chief counselors before the convention.

Parking: Available in lot near dorm. 

Pool and Recreation Facilities: Conference attendees may use the swimming pool, weights room and gym (as available).


Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 1:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m. If your group needs to arrive before the designated check in time, please notify the Conferences and Events Office at (650) 508-3645) so that special arrangements can be made.

Lost Room Key Fee: $50.00.
